What do I wear?

Gymnasts can wear a t-shirt or leotard with shorts or leggings. Don’t forget to bring water!

Who can come?

Anyone can attend our camp. Previous gymnastics experience is not required.

How much does it cost?

Sessions cost £35 per camp. Payment is required full on booking via Love Admin or through Heidi. Until you have completed payment your place is not guaranteed.

What will we do?

The camp starts at 9am, finishes at 3pm. Everyone will start on the floor area, playing gymnastics themed games to warm up which is then followed by a 10 minute stretch. From there everyone will be put into age specific groups and start 30 minute rotations around the gym on each apparatus. Lunch starts at 12pm, once everyone is ready and the gym has been freshly cleaned, we go back into the gym for another game, apparatus work and an obstacle course!
