RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
All of our recreational classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence whilst making friends and learning new and exciting skills. We encourage all gymnasts to reach their full potential at their own pace.
Each 60 minute class begins with a fun warm up and stretch, followed by scheduled rotations to vault, bars, beam, floor and tumble/fast track for the girls and vault, high bar, p-bars, rings, pommel, floor and tumble/fast track for the boys.
In every session we work on increasing strength, body control, flexibility, confidence and coordination.
Gymnasts will be grouped into different colour groups according to skill level and age.

GFA Squad
This advanced group is for girls ages 8+ that show the physical attributes for competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts in this group will have the opportunity to compete at floor and vault competitions with potential for 4 piece competitions.

Children will be added to our waiting list if we do not have space in our sessions.
If space is available, you will be offered a trial session.
FEES & UNIFORM
Gymnasts can wear a t-shirt or leotard with shorts or leggings.
Classes run for 44 weeks of the year. The gym is closed for 6 weeks during the summer holidays and 2 weeks for Christmas. Fees are £10:34 per session and you are invoiced monthly for the actual number of sessions within a certain month.
Classes run as normal during bank holidays and half term breaks.
